Here to help.

A little intro here - I would love to know about you as well!  I grew up on Nashville’s west side and have resided in Lockeland Springs since 1996.  To me, knowing neighbors and community creates home just as much as the foundation and framing.

Clients like the experience I bring from 10 years as an investor, prior to getting my license.  I held the roles of a renovator, landlord, project manager and design lead, so things like a mallet may be in my laptop bag:)  Never afraid of getting dirty, I check out attics and crawlspaces when looking at houses to list or buy.  I work hard to bring negotiating skills, data research, resources and a level-head to handle all the things that come up when buying or selling.

My background is diverse -- it includes 10 years as a marketing manager for a small company, 3 years as a case worker for developmentally disabled adults and their families, along with 20 years of dance/teaching/choreography.  Since the summer of 2013, I have also developed a skill-set as a mini Chamber of Commerce for Nashville for vacation rental guests.  I'm a big fan of my city, and get excited to introduce people around.

I have two adult daughters, who make me incredibly proud.  One lives in New Orleans, the other moved back to Nashville, to my delight.  I have a soft spot for dogs, and spent many years volunteering as a Pet Partner team at Vanderbilt and Room in the Inn with Louie, a magical Great Pyrenees.  Also, a huge local music fan and kind of know where all the dancers are any given night of the week.  And don’t get me started about the Tomato Art Festival in my neighborhood of East Nashville.
